ADI Check-Test rescue / E Grade Development

ADI BadgeThis course is specifically designed for those who have failed (or gained E Grade) in the Check Test.

It covers all aspects of effective teaching and lesson structure – includes full breakdown and analysis of Check-Test marking and examples of how Check-Test lessons and effective day-to-day lessons can be planned and implemented.

Because of the specific needs of individuals, this course is conducted on a one-to-one basis. If you have not failed a Check-Test you will gain better value in term of both learning and money with ADI MasterClass.

For many instructors a failed Check-Test comes as a complete shock - one day they feel that they are doing a good job and their pupils are happy and the next they are suddenly faced with the real prospect of losing their livelihood.

At the time of writing there are over 800 instructors awaiting a second or third Check-Test and possible expulsion from the register.

In addition there are around 4000 new instructors with an E grade - this is just one step from a failed Check-Test and means that the instructor needs to take action to improve.

This course is only available on a one-to-one basis because experience has shown that specialist individual advice is usually required.

Success

While John can not guarantee success he has only ever had one instructor fail after attending a Check-Test rescue course – this candidate was happy with the training and passed the test after a repeat course – acknowledging that he had not applied the principles learned on the first course during the test...

Many instructors who have been downgraded have not only passed after attanding John's 'Success Based' course, but have achieved a Grade 5 putting them in the top 33% of instructors.

This course is available in both Buxton and Boyle (Ireland). The course fee includes B&B accommodation in Ireland. Budget accomodation is available in Buxton.
