Graham trained as an Engineer and having sold an engineering business in 1999, he retired, but quickly became bored and looked to do something he loved.
He loved driving so he became a Driving Instructor. Graham trained with a large national company and was shocked at the poor standards and delivery. He quickly became a Driving Instructor Trainer too hoping to ‘make a difference’ to the industry.
He set up ‘Reality Driver Training’ which became the largest independent school in Warwickshire.
Always looking to improve, not just his own skills, but the service he offered his Driving Instructors, Graham sought out a team of Industry Experts and started what is now the WLD group of which SmartDriving is one of the main businesses.
Graham is now Operations Director for SmartDriving. As a ‘Grade A’ ADI, he ensures the standards, integrity and delivery of the training.
