This in-car course has been designed to enable instructors to benefit from personal training with John Farlam but at an affordable price. However, there is nothing 'budget' about the content of this 'Success Based' course.
SmartDriving ADI MasterClass has been designed to teach the skills needed for the effective teaching of drivers at all levels.

A dynamic course
ADI MasterClass is conducted in-car and is a mix of theory and practice with a strong experiential theme running throughout.
While based on a fixed syllabus, the mix of personalities and John’s ability to work 'in the moment' makes each MasterClass slightly different – the course material also works at different levels depending on your own start point.
This is why some delegates have repeated the course and gained as much on the second visit as they did on the first (and been totally satisfied with the value on each occasion!)
During the course you will learn new ideas and skills via interesting and stimulating discussion, training games, demonstration and examples of skill application.
The course is shared with two other delegates but John's skill as a trainer and the design of the programme means that everyone gets personal attention.

I didn't expect the course to make such a difference to me so quickly.
