The ability to use questions effectively is a key part of taking a client-centred approach to training.

Virtual Classroom 2 - Reflective Practise

Reflective Practice (90 minutes)

Currently, CPD is voluntary as far as the DVSA is concerned - this is unlikely to change - however, as far as your business is concerned continued professional and personal development is essential if you want to join the ranks of the fraction of full time instructors in the UK who currently charge £35 or more for their day-to-day lessons. One of the most powerful ways of maintaining a 'development habit' is to regularly and formally reflect on your day-to-day-work.

Virtual Classroom 3 - Client Centred Learning

Client Centred Learning (90 minutes)

With a client-centred approach the learner is in control of, and takes responsibility for, the learning. The instructor facilitates the process. For this to work well the modern instructor needs considerably more skill than the old style driving 'expert'.
