For those of you that have never met or worked with Martin Leather, Martin is something of an industry expert and ‘stalwart’, with 26 years’ experience as an ADI, many as a Area Manager for the AA Driving School as they experienced unprecedented growth and with the reputation of being the most successful of their Area Managers in the UK, he certainly knows what he is talking about when it comes to growing a driving school!
During his time at the AA he managed and inducted around 1000 ADIs and Franchisees, helping them develop their business and careers.
Martin now runs “Driving School Development” which is a specialist company delivering CPD Courses in Business Development and 1-2-1 Business Mentoring across the UK.
