Welcome to March’s ‘Discussion with the Industry’ ADI Support and Development Webinar from SmartDriving in association with ADI NJC.
This month, we will be talking to Keith Woodard about ‘Calming The Anxious Mind’ and the workshop course he has developed to help improve a drivers’ confidence.
The course is now also being offered by the ADI NJC.

Keith Woodward
Keith ‘Woody’ Woodward has been a driving instructor for 15 years teaching drivers of all types. He has a strong background in Coaching and has taken qualifications in Coaching both in car for our industry and in personal Life Coaching.
Keith been running courses for ADI’s for a number of years and during this career he noticed that there seemed to be a familiar pattern of stress running through the driver training environment for both ADIs, PDIs drivers and our learners.
It was then that Keith decided to create the workshop ‘Calming Your Anxious Mind’, to help reduce the day to day stress people encountered.
