This week’s driving tip is from the Highway Code.
The Highway Code is a vital tool any driver.
You can access a free, online version of the Highway Code here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/the-highway-code – which is great as this online resource is always right up-to-date and accessible on all platforms.
But now, the Department for Transport (the people that produce the Highway Code) have launched a series of great images and videos to bring the book into the 21st Century!
You can see from the images here, the rules and laws are animated to help ‘bring them to life’.
But these videos aren’t freely available on youtube or on the net (that’s why we can’t embed them here!) – the ONLY way to get them is via the Highway Code’s Official Facebook and Twitter pages.
So, if you are on Twitter or Facebook, get these great free resources here:

If you are thinking of becoming a driving instructor then I can't rate SmartDriving highly enough.
The training system is excellent the virtual classrooms are enjoyable and very informative and Andrew and the team are always available to answer any queries, not matter how trivial.
Top Team who assisted me greatly in obtaining my ADI Licence.
