7) Part 3 – Test Planning Forms

The Test Preparation Forms will help you and your trainees manage the Day 5 ‘test session’, forming the basis of the day’s training and preparing for the test.

Each trainee will be asked to bring these documents to the session 4 and 5 having considered their pupil from day 1. This document will provide you and trainees help formalise a plan of action for their test.

You can then use these forms to complete the Online document in the CRM (our prefered option), or take a photo on your phone and upload.
