All Trainers that do work for the WLD group will need and have access to the following resources. Please bookmark this page in your browser and/or keep the URL safe.

These are the resources:

1) Trainers Guide and iCourse

The Trainers’ Guide is vital reading for you to understand how we want our ADI Training Program to be delivered and to the ‘iCourse’ Online training syllabus that underpins our ADI Training.

2. Access to CRM

Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System allows you to manage all interactions with our customers.

Please bookmark this page (or keep URL in a safe place).

Your ‘CRM login’ will give you access to our ’CRM’. (you have been sent an ‘CRM login’ previously.)

Please use the CRM to:

arrange training sessions;
communicate with our customers
enter training notes
auto generate invoices

4) Part 2 – Driving Assessment Forms

The Driving Assessment Form will help you and your trainees manage the Driving Assessment Sessions.

5) Part 3 – Teaching Assessment Forms

The Teaching Assessment Form will help you and your trainees manage the Teaching Assessment Sessions.

Each trainee will be asked to bring these documents to the session and use the forms to assess each other’s teaching when in the back of a 2:1 session.

This will form the basis for comparison between yours and the assessing trainee’s thoughts, reflection and remedial action.

You can then use these forms to complete the Online document in the CRM (our prefered option), or take a photo on your phone and upload.
