3. Access to CRM

Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System allows you to manage all interactions with our customers.

You can access it here: CRM

Please bookmark this page (or keep URL in a safe place).

Your ‘CRM login’ will give you access to our ’CRM’. (you have been sent an ‘CRM login’ previously.)

Please use the CRM to:

arrange training sessions;
communicate with our customers
enter training notes
auto generate invoices

Eventually, you will be able to access all of the resources from within your Portal via the ‘Resources Section’ of the CRM, but our IT team have yet to complete this function.
