Examiner's Marking

This is an overview of the driving test marking system. It includes an explanation of the system and ten sample multiple-choice questions. When conducting driving tests examiners use a standard marking form – the DL25 (DL25 is the DVSA internal reference number for this form).

You might be asked questions about the DL25 during Part-One. You will also need to know how driving is assessed in order to evaluate your own driving for Part-Two and to prepare your learners for their driving test after you qualify.
