What do you talk about?
In the two clips below we show the same section of road. The first clip shows some instruction about crossings and signals - the second clip points out some of the things that the instructor did not talk about.
Where you place the emphasis of the lesson will depend upon the needs of your learner - not on how good you are at spotting stuff during the drive. On the instruction clip the instructor is focussing the learners attention on the basic routine for crossings and signals - it would have been impossible for him to do this and to talk about other things that were going on as well. If he had included everything, the learner would have been overloaded.
The first clip is likely to be the kind of tuition you might be doing with a learner who is on a first pedestrian crossing lesson - the second would be more relevant to a more experienced learner. (As with the videos on the previous page these are low resolution.)
