Before moving on make sure that you:

• You understand the importance to your business of a setting a good example

• You know the purpose of each of the elements that go together to act and be perceived as a 'professional'

• You have completed the 'workplace project'

• You have considered the difference between sitting in the 'instructor's seat' and the passenger seat.
