You agree you have read and understood the terms of the contract you are entering into. A copy is provided here: Contract. As per the Consumer Regulations 2013 regarding contracts concluded at a distance, distance selling and digital content, you will be sent a ‘durable copy’ as described above.
Your ’14-day right-to-cancel’ period and rights to expressly acknowledge and request the start of the digital content sooner than the end of this period are provided and explained both in the terms online (above) and in the ‘durable’ version sent upon conclusion of the contract.
The ‘contract’ referred to above refers to the ‘Support Agreement’.
This Support Agreement allows us to deliver the product purchased in full; namely the refund guarantees and earning guarantees. It is our explicit advice that one must complete the trainee licence period to fully prepare for passing the p3 test of the qualification process and for preparing fully for life as an ADI and to help you earn the guaranteed income in your first year as an ADI.
