Exploring your initial motivation
The starting point is to explore your reasons for choosing a new career as a driving instructor. With this in mind I want you to take a brief trip down 'memory lane'.
- Take a little time to remember when you first had the idea that driving instruction might be good a great career for you.
- Identify that exact moment when you made your decision and recall just how you felt right now.
- This moment is very important because it was the all-important first step in deciding what you want and in the journey towards getting it for yourself.
There are many different reasons for deciding to become a driving instructor. My guess is that you can relate to some of the things listed below and perhaps you can think of lots of other things that helped with the decision about your new career.
Whatever your reasons for getting to this point – spend some time to think about them now, and how they are about to start changing your life for the better.
